Senior LOA Agent

  • Annual E&O coverage
  • Ongoing continuing education access
Requirements
  • $7,500+ per month in annualized premium
  • Maintain 80% persistency
  • Lead at least one team training per quarter
  • Mentor one new Associate LOA

Advance at $75,000 total paid premium + demonstrated leadership and a clean compliance record.

Consultant

80% Contract12–24 months typical to Broker

  • Greater independence in sales approach
  • Support for building a personal book of business
Requirements
  • Self-fund E&O, continuing education, and additional licensing
  • Consistent production and clean compliance record
Advance When

Advance at $150,000 total paid premium + a signed broker agreement.

  • Self-fund E&O, licensing, and continuing education
  • $250,000+ in total paid premium
  • At least one active Consultant or LOA under your leadership

Agent Broker Track

Agents who demonstrate leadership skills, a taste for independence, and genuine business-development interest can pursue the Agent Broker Track earlier in their journey. This path emphasizes agency building, downline development, and long-term equity in the practice you create.
